[Dream] Aiff and Wav

Ok Dreamers and Doofus,

I have an audio file related question. I have to clean up some audio for a
DVD project. The source files are in aiff format. I use a PC and prefer
working in Wav format. 

Would there be any problem/loss in converting/rendering to Wav and doing all
my processing that way (I would use Live since it natively supports aiff) or
is it better to stick to aiff?
