Yes that's just like mine - hey wait, no, that IS MINE <checks inside
own case to see if it's still there>.
If you RTFM, you'll find there's some extra bits - a speed controller (a
small box with a potentionmeter on it) and a split cable with 3 plugs on
it. The end with one plug goes into the speed controller, the other end
(with two plugs) goes into the motherboard and to the end of the cable
coming from the fan.
