With things like kicks and hatloops why reinvent the wheel everytime you
start a track? There are only a limited amount of permutations with this
anyway.... and you want to create a sound that is consistant from track to
track right? Cmon I bet out of the mounds of samples you have on disk... I
bet you only use 5 or 6 different hats.... And I also when you find another
hat you think is nice, I bet that it ends up being pretty similar to one of
yopur other favorites. Secondly... do you really write all your hat sounds
from scratch... nah. The builting bricks are mine... Just when I finish
writting a hat loop for a tune I save it as audio to a loops directory.
Then I can use it again. Things get moving a lot quicker this way.
