yesterday i was swapping stuff between the notebook and that computer with a
small pen drive. when finished i pressed off and went to sleep. today when i
checked the computer one of the keyb lights was on (i've heard its a symptom
of keyboard error) but the power was off.
when i turned on, nothing happened. i could hear the processor fan running
and see the HD activity light on but nothing else (no beeps, error messages
or video display)
i started by disconnecting the HDs/DVD and now it's there's only the
MOBO/CPU/PSU connected.
could it be a cmos error and fixed by doing the CLRCMOS jumper? i'm trying
to find that jumper but the board manual is stuck inside the PC :(
btw, it's an ASUS a7v333 and i'm really having a bad time finding a manual
for it in the asus website... sucks :(
thanks
