[Dream] inexpensive sounds card recommendation?

i'm looking into changing my soundcard - currently using a M-Audio Duo USB,
which hasn't been working well with my system (i need to re-install the
drivers all the time... annoying).

the best value that i've found so far is the M-Audio Delta 66 - 4 analog
in, 4 analog out (all the former are 1/4" TRS), digital in and out, decent
specs, good rep, and under $200.  anyone disagree with this choice? 
anything similar out there that i should be looking at?  i know there are
good firewire cards out there, but haven't been able to find anything
affordable.  yeah yeah, i'd like a RME too...
